New Bedford Small Developer “Go” Fund

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7004-0082, in line 594, by inserting after the word “equity” the following: provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended by the New Bedford Office of Housing and Community Development for a grant program to distribute need-based grants up to $250,000 per project for small-scale housing development focusing on 20 units or less
