Amendment #329 to H4707

Commercial to Residential Housing Conversion

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0092, by adding the following:-

"provided further, not less than $4,350,000 shall be expended by the New Bedford Office of Housing and Community Development to provide financial assistance for development costs converting commercial to residential housing"
