Signal Upgrade and Roadway Construction to allow for 421 New Units in Rowley

Ms. Kassner of Hamilton moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, item #1100-2518, by inserting: “provided further, that $2,700,000 shall be expended to for roadway construction and to re-signalize and reconfigure the existing intersection of Newburyport Turnpike/Route 1 and the existing Rowley Market Place driveway at 225 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley to provide access to 421 new units, at Windward Crossing (29 units,100% affordable) and Rowley Farms (392 units, 25% affordable).
