Redevelopment of Salem Superior Court & County Commissioner's Building

Mr. Cruz of Salem moves to amend the bill in item 7004-0073, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 be expended to the city of Salem for the redevelopment of the Salem Superior Court and County Commissioner's Building which will include a mix of affordable housing, and potential commercial uses"
