Amendment #343 to H4707

Resolving Tax Debt

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Section 62A of chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 12, the words "25 percent of the amount needed to redeem the parcel" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- up to 25 percent of the amount needed to redeem the parcel.”
