Healthy Homes Program for Rural Communities

Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in Section 5, in line 853, by inserting after "23A" the following: "provided further, not less than 20 per cent of any funds from the Massachusetts healthy homes program shall be made to owners of buildings in rural communities."
