Representatives Giannino of Revere and Turco of Winthrop move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0075, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Revere Housing Authority Gold Star Families Public Housing Development,”
