Amendment #369 to H4707

EA Time limit

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 27 of Chapter 88 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended by adding the following provision:-“; provided further, that the executive office shall not consider shelter benefits received prior to June 1, 2024 in calculating participants’ eligibility for ongoing shelter benefits”."
