Housing Authority Meetings

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 3A the following section:-

SECTION 3B: All Housing Authorities and elected Housing Authority members shall meet with all tenants as a group at least two times per year and shall provide tenants with an opportunity to raise concerns about the property and the overall climate at their properties. The Executive Director shall provide summary of such meeting to EOHLC each year."
