Amendment #45 to H4707

Old Winthrop Middle School Site and 55 plus housing

Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 3, in item 1100-2518, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended for the demolition of the former Winthrop Middle School located at Pauline Street, Winthrop, Massachusetts to facilitate the development of a mixed-use property including fifty-five plus housing."
