Amendment #6 to H4707

Northern Bristol County Assistance Collaborative (NBCAC) Affordable Senior Housing

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in item 7004-0073, by adding the following: "$21,000,000 (twenty-one million dollars) to Northern Bristol County Assistance Collaborative (NBCAC) or approximately 30% of development costs for the ATTLEBORO AFFORDABLE SENIOR HOUSING project, an affordable housing facility for low and middle-income seniors in partnership with local lending institutions and NeighborWorks, a knowledgeable, experienced, professional organization with a stellar reputation. The goal is stabilization for a vulnerable senior population and the focus will be dignity, safety, affordability, and non-isolation, in a friendly neighborhood close to activity and public transportation."
