Office of Fair Housing

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 5 by adding the following after the phrase “Reports pursuant to this subsection shall be filed with the clerks of the house of representatives and senate and the chairs of the joint committee on housing not later than July 1 in the year in which each such report is due. Each report shall be posted publicly on the office’s website” the following: “(d) Subject to appropriation, the executive office of housing and livable communities shall allocate not less than $5,000,000 for the operation of the office of fair housing pursuant to the goals of the office as established in subsections a-c.”
