Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in item 7004-0073, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 be expended towards the Holyoke Housing Authority for Phase III of South Holyoke Homes which will include a mix of rental and owner-occupied units"
