Recovery coach training and licensure in the City of Lowell

Representatives Mom of Lowell and Elliott of Lowell move to amend the bill at the end thereof by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. (a) provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be administered to the City of Lowell by the Department of Public Health for the creation of a pilot program that will be made available to substance abuse treatment programs for the purpose of training, licensing, of recovery coaches who will work within the City of Lowell.”
