Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 6, by inserting after the word “94C” the words:- “and FDA approved medications for the treatment of relapse prevention”

And further moves to amend the bill in section 11, in line 398, by inserting after the word “94C”, the words: - “and FDA approved medications for the treatment of relapse prevention”

And further moves to amend the bill in section 14, in line 456, by inserting after the word “94C” the words: - “and FDA approved medications for the treatment of relapse prevention”

And further moves to amend the bill in section 16, in line 494, by inserting after the word “94C” the words: - “and FDA approved medications for the treatment of relapse prevention”

And further moves to amend the bill in section 17, in line 519, by inserting after the word “94C” the words: - “and FDA approved medications for the treatment of relapse prevention”

And further moves to amend the bill in section 18, in line 546, by inserting after the word “94C” the words: - “and FDA approved medications for the treatment of relapse prevention”
