Amendment #24 to H4743

Recovery Coaches at Casinos

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 25 of chapter 23K is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(j) (1) Gaming licensees shall employ at least one licensed recovery coach, defined pursuant to Chapter 111J, to work on-site on a full-time basis, paid for by the licensee;

(2) The Department of Public Health shall promulgate rules and regulations for the implementation of this section;
