Mr. Philips of Sharon moves to amend the bill In section 2, in line item 7002-0026, by adding after the word “Boston” the following: “provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Biotechnology Education Foundation for a statewide Life Sciences Career Hub for residents to receive information about life sciences careers, soft skills training, career coaching, referrals to education and training programs, and connections to companies for hiring;”, and further, by striking the figure “$580,000,000” and replacing it with the following figure: “$590,000,000”
