Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in SECTION 2, line item 7002-8069, in line 160, by adding after the word “agency” the following language:- “, provided further that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for Sturdy Health for the completion and interconnection of a Combined Heat and Power Plant aimed at minimizing the use of fossil-fuel heating and cooling at their Attleboro facility.”
