Development in Downtown Chicopee

Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 7002-8054, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further that the Corporation for Public Management receive not less than $50,000 to develop an initiative for downtown Chicopee. This initiative will help minority business owners with coaching and training and mini grants to help foster economic development”
