Facade Grant Program in Shrewsbury

Mrs. Kane of Shrewsbury moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-2520, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the town of Shrewsbury for the façade grant program to assist small businesses in improving their commercial building façades and other exterior features in Shrewsbury's Town Center Business District."
