Charlton Water Infrastructure for Economic Development and PFAS Mitigation

Representatives Marsi of Dudley and Frost of Auburn move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1100-2520, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Charlton for developing and expanding water infrastructure to encourage business development and mitigate PFAS."
