Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2a, in item 1100-2520, in line 203, by inserting after infrastructure” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be provided to the Lynn Community Health Center for capital upgrades"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$102,500,000”
