Amendment #17 to H4789

North South Rail Link Funding Extension

Representatives Gentile of Sudbury and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in SECTION 2, item 7002-8066, by inserting after “Impact” the following: “; provided further, that $10,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of updating and completing the draft environmental impact report and draft environmental impact statement in order to produce a final environmental impact report and final environmental impact statement on the North South Rail Link” and in said item by striking out the figures “$250,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$260,000,000”.
