Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8056, in line 86, by inserting after the word "equity" the following: "provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be expended for the expansion and renovation, including but not limited to accessibility upgrades and historic preservation, of the Huntington Theatre”
