Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8056, in line 86, by inserting after the word "equity" the following: "provided further that not less than $5,000,000 shall be used for construction planning, capital projects and deferred maintenance by Revolutionary Spaces at the Old State House and Old South Meeting House in the city of Boston"
