Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-2520, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the town of Wilmington to assist in redesigning Route 38 in Wilmington from Burlington Ave to Richmond Street
