Amendment #3 to H4789

Purchase Limits Amendment

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION x. Section 7 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking paragraph 1 of subsection (a) and inserting in place thereof the following:-

possessing, using, purchasing, processing or manufacturing not more than 2 ounces of marijuana, 10 grams of marijuana concentrate, and 1 gram of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) contained in a single or multiple edible, beverage or other ingestible products;

SECTION xx. Section 34 of Chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “one ounce” in line 18 and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “two ounces”.
