Amendment #313 to H4789

New Bedford Marine Commerce Parking Facility

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2C, line item 7002-8077, in line 231, after the word “commonwealth” the following:

“provided that not less than $15,000,000 be granted to the City of New Bedford for the design and construction of a parking facility at the former Cannon Street Power Station for the purpose of enhancing the functionality and competitiveness of the offshore wind industry at the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal and the New Bedford Foss Marine Terminal;”

and in said item by striking out the figures “$200,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$215,000,000”
