Mr. Vitolo of Brookline moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-8062, in line 114, by inserting after the word “property” the following:

“Provided further, that not less than $750,000 shall be expended for capital funding to find a new accessible home for Vinfen’s Gateway Arts program, which provides working artists with disabilities a vocational and employment opportunity fostering independence in the community.”
