Scituate Sewer

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8061, by inserting at the end thereof the following “; provided further that not less than $2,000,000,00 be expended to the Town of Scituate for design and construction of North Scituate sewer.”
