Amendment #38 to H4789

Town of Orange’s Economic Development and Industrial Corporation

Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-2520, by adding the following: " Provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Town of Orange’s Economic Development and Industrial Corporation"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000,000" and inserting in place therefore the figures "$100,200,000".
