Douglas Master Plan

Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8061, by inserting at the end thereof the following “; provided further that not less than $250,000,00 be expended to the Town of Douglas to conduct an updated Master Plan.”
