Northern Essex Community College Pathways to LPN Certification for High School Students

Mr. Paulino of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1100-2521, by adding the following: "; provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be allocated to Northern Essex Community College to be used to create pathways for high school students to pursue LPN certification alongside their high school diploma."
