Mrs. Lipper-Garabedian of Melrose moves to amend the bill in line item 1100-2520, after the word "infrastructure", by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $500,000 dollars shall be expended for capital improvements for Follow Your Art Community Studio in the City of Melrose."
