Blue Economy Study

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-1352, in line 20, by inserting after the word “plan” the following:-

“provided further, that not more than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a study and implementation plan for the development of the blue economy on the North Shore and an ocean cluster on Cape Ann”

and by striking the figures “$100,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$101,000,000”
