12 North Main Street Westford Redevelopment

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, line-item 7002-8062, by adding the following new language after the word "year" in line 135:-

", provided that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for the redevelopment of the property located at 12 North Main Street in the town of Westford", and further amends the line-item at the end thereof by striking the figure "40,000,000" and replacing it with the new figure "43,000,000".
