Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8054, in line 68, by inserting after “projects;” the following: “; provided, that not less than $5,000,000 of grants made under this item shall be for businesses with not more than 10 employees or sole proprietorships and annual net profits not exceeding $250,000;”.
