Amendment #545 to H4789

Develop Springfield

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-2520, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended to Develop Springfield Corporation to support the adaptive reuse for housing and commercial development for the Main/State Street Development project (1139-1155 Main St., 113-117 State St., & 11-21 Stockbridge Ct) in downtown Springfield”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000,000  " and inserting in place thereof the figures "$104,000,000".
