Cannabis Research

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX: Clause 26 of section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (v), the following subsection:

(w) Trade secrets or other proprietary information of a business granted a researchlicense by the Cannabis Control Commission, under subsection (b) (1) of section 4              of Chapter 94G, including trade secrets or proprietary information provided to the              Commission.
