Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-2520, by inserting at the end thereof the following “provided further, that not less than $500,000 be allocated to the City of Brockton to obtain right-of-way needed for reconstruction of the intersection at North Quincy Street and Crescent Street”
