Webster PFAS Mitigation

Mr. McKenna of Sutton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1100-2520, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Webster for construction of a treatment facility to mitigate PFAS in public drinking water."
