Addressing ground soil PFAS contamination near the town water wells in Pepperell

Ms. Scarsdale of Pepperell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8062, in line 25, by inserting after the word “year” the following: “provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended to the Town of Pepperell for the monitoring, stabilization, or capping of a ground soil PFAS contamination site near the town water wells in Pepperell”.
