Amendment #6 to H4789

Manchester Electrical Grid Upgrades

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-2520, in line 203, by inserting after the word “infrastructure” the following:- 

“provided further, that not more than $10,000,000 shall be expended for the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea to modernize, upgrade, and expand electrical power transmission and distribution infrastructure for the purpose of hosting the expansion of the Cell Signaling Technology campus”

and by striking the figures “$100,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$110,000,000”
