Littleton PFAS Mitigation and Remediation

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, line-item 1100-2520, by adding the following new language after the word "infrastructure" in line 203:-

", provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for PFAS mitigation and remediation in the town of Littleton", and further amends the line-item at the end thereof by striking the figure "100,000,000" and inserting in place the following new figure "102,000,000".
