USS Constitution Museum

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-8056, in line 88, by inserting after "United States" the following: “$15 million for the USS Constitution Museum to plan, design and fabricate dynamic interactive exhibits to offer a world-class introduction to Old Ironsides in a new gateway facility."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures"$55,000,000".
