Western Massachusetts Sports Tourism

Ms. Duffy of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in line item 7002-8056 by adding the following:  "and provided further, that not less than $2 million shall be expended to the USA International Sports Complex for site readiness, traffic studies, and enhancements to land/structures for the building of a regional comprehensive sports complex and the future home of the International Volleyball Hall of Fame to enhance tourism in Western MA"
