Amendment #91 to H4789

Cannabis Batch Size Testing

Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX:

Section 15 of Chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting in the first sentence of subsection (a) paragraph (1) after the word “resources” the following words: "provided that the commission shall not require sampling of any batch of marijuana less than 25 pounds".
