Enforcement of Sports Wagering

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 16 of Chapter 23N of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(j) To further effectuate the purposes of this chapter with respect to the investigation and enforcement of sports wagering operators and qualified gaming entities, the Bureau, as defined in Section 2 of Chapter 23K, may obtain or provide pertinent information regarding applicants or licensees from or to law enforcement entities or gaming authorities or sports wagering regulatory authorities and other domestic, federal or foreign jurisdictions, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and may transmit such information to each other electronically.
