Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“Section XX. Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2023 is hereby amended in item 0521-0002 by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following:-

“, provided further, that any remaining funds in this item shall be made available until December 31, 2024”
