Amendment #15 to H4790

Paxton PAC Funding

Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"SECTION X. Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 28 of the Act of 2023 is hereby amended by inserting after the word 'Paxton' the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2025."
